Chan Amornwatanakunchai

Bangkok-based artist-printmaker.

Influenced by hard edge, painting, geometric abstract and minimalism, she develops her interests in visual relationship between forms and colors. Her artworks often feature aesthetic colorful graphic visual with geometric shapes.

Usually takes her inspiration from all things around such as landscapes, natural phenomena, philosophy, etc. She then explores her inspirations and consolidates her ideas into a concept, then translates them into her artworks. Often intrigued by the variation of comprehension and perception of each individuals, she frequently hide her personal message within her works.

Her works have been accepted and shown internally in various group exhibitions.

She is the founder of tapumtapam studio. A small screen-printing studio and has been collaborating with artists and designers around the world since 2015.
